This season’s is about “The Ice Truck Killer” – a series of murders eludes the Miami PD, who continuously updates Dexter via his crime scenes. Debra is Dexter’s adopted sister who started dating Rudy, who is the Ice Truck Killer.

Debra is portrayed by Jennifer Carpenter, who was being eyed on by Rudy and eventually to be murdered. Rudy attempted to take her life, and Dexter was cool enough to prevent it.

Rudy is revealed to be Dexter’s real brother, whose real name is Brian Moser. Dexter, as the Miami PD, had to kill him as he saves the life of Debra. He made it appear that Brian’s death is a suicide.

The charm of Dexter mesmerizes his colleagues, but with the exception of Sgt. James Doakes, portrayed by Erik King. He believes that Dexter is a real freak, and accuses him mostly of things he wasn’t sure he committed. The tension was being accused of not knowing what exactly causes Dexter’s freakiness, as the tension escalates as the plot of this episode.

Dexter and Ice Trucker Killer’s connections were sensed by Doakes, but he wasn’t sure exactly how they are linked together. He tailed him in no end because of his extreme suspicions. Rita is a link on Dexter’s innocence, as they checked his felony parole violation they did get to know his innocence at the end.

Dexter saved his sister’s life, as they enter the crime scene. Dexter started imagining himself as being praised in a famous parade with lots of air plane and confetti effects, praising him for his good work of protecting the weak.
